Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations made 72+ hours before your appointment will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48–72 hours will receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment and no-shows are non-refundable. The remaining balance will be charged to your card on file 48 hours prior to your appointment — cancellations after that point will not be refunded.

Your deposit is applied toward your selected package. Your date is not reserved until your deposit is received.
